Fury 321

This weekend I spent in Rock Hill, SC. If you haven't been, it's an incredibly nice place with a Book-a-Million and a wait for it...TARGET! GASP! But what was even better was that Carowinds was about a twenty minute drive away, ergo, my roommate and I spent Saturday there. What we weren't expecting were the long lines and infinite number of people. In the nine hours we were there, we rode five rides (including the carousel) and got sunburnt...well I got sunburnt.

Out of all the rides we rode, the two and a half hour wait for the Fury 325 was absolutely worth it. It's incomparable to the other rides. You go straight up for what feel like miles, then when you are about to get to the top they speed you up and you begin the 82 degree plummet. It was exhilarating and quite possibly the best roller coaster I've been on in a while. So if you ever go to Carowinds, make sure you ride it, but don't be fooled by the line because little do you know that what you see is NOT what you get. There are more winds and turns to make behind the wooden wall too.
